We start with clean raw wood fibre only. The raw wood fibre is dried at high temperature to remove virtually all of the moisture from the cells. As this clean and now dry material is cooled, it is compacted and extruded under very high pressure. The final product is then cooled to room temperature and passed to the quality assurance team before being packaged. The tremendous pressures and high temperatures that Reigning Champion is subjected to throughout the manufacturing process ensure a clean bedding for any stable environment. Since there are no additives, the natural odour absorbing characteristics of Reigning Champion are at their best and ready to absorb harmful odours. The final product is completely safe for all horses, including foals.
